Hi!
I’m Heather Esposito, founder of IncludeThruMotion™.
For years, fitness was a huge part of my life. As a personal trainer, I saw firsthand how movement can build confidence, improve mental health, increase independence, and help people feel stronger in their own bodies. But as my career evolved into the special needs field, I began to notice something that didn’t sit right with me—many individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals were being overlooked when it came to fitness opportunities.
After spending years working as a behavioral technician and supporting individuals with diverse needs, I saw how important movement was for everyone, yet how few programs were truly designed to meet people where they are.
That’s why I created IncludeThruMotion™.
My mission is simple: fitness should be accessible, welcoming, and empowering for everybody. Whether someone is autistic, has ADHD, Down syndrome, a physical disability, anxiety, or simply needs a more individualized approach, they deserve the opportunity to experience the benefits of movement in a way that works for them.
Through one-on-one training, small group sessions, and adaptive programming, I focus on creating a supportive environment where individuals can build strength, confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with exercise.
At IncludeThruMotion™, success isn’t measured by how much weight you lift or how fast you run. Success is showing up, making progress, celebrating abilities, and creating a space where everyone belongs.
Because movement should never be exclusive—it should include us all.
